Last Day!

Dear parents,

I have mixed emotions about tomorrow. Although we all need a break, I cannot believe it that tomorrow is the last day of our Jnr 3B.

This is a simple reminder about tomorrow:

  • children are to come in casual clothes: no strap tops and short shorts;
  • they still get a lunch to school, as the party will be done during second break;
  • get enough water, as the classroom water finished; 
  • children can get a board game to school. 

Also, today I took some videos of the children in the water. Whoever wants these videos, you can send a pen-drive tomorrow and I put them on it.  P.S. videos are quite long so preferably send an empty one.

Thank you again for all your cooperation throughout this year and for entrusting your children in our responsibility. Have a blessed summer!

Dear all,

I want to thank all of the Jnr 3 and Jnr 4 parents for the gifts received today. I got a lot of positive comments which I do take them to heart and appreciate them a real lot. Also, Ms.Niaomi and Ms.Julia asked me to thank all of you 🙂

I hope that we keep working hand in hand and learning from each and every year to improve learning and engaging our students, while motivate them and help them to believe in who they can become and that no matter what their dream is, they can achieve it as long as they believe it.

Thank you for all your patience and understanding throughout this year and I look forward to work together next year. Happy Holidays 🙂

Water Games

Dear parents,

This is a gentle reminder about tomorrows’ water games. Please below find all the information required:

All students are requested to come to School wearing their swimming costume (for the girls a full-piece and for the boys swimming shorts and not Speedos) underneath their uniform. J3’s are requested to come to School wearing their shorts/skorts and PE T-shirt. 

Parents are requested to apply sun-cream prior to arriving at School. Students will not be allowed to apply sun-cream prior to entering the pool. All students are requested to wear a suitable T-shirt over their swimming costume during the water games.

Additional Items: Students are requested to bring with them on the day suitable footwear (flip-flops, crocks or sandals), a towel, a bag for their swimming costume, underwear and spare suitable T-shirt for the water games. Students are permitted to bring their swimming goggles, mask, and/or swimming cap – however all students will remain solely responsible for their belongings. All items must be clearly named. School will not be held responsible for any lost and/or damaged items. 

Ice-cream Treat: All students will have the opportunity of buying an ice-cream between 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Junior 3 to Junior 5 students are requested to bring a €1.00 coin for the ice-cream.

Summer Party

Dear parents,

Kindly note that on Friday 23rd June, we will have a party in class. We are to order the below party food for the kids at the cost of €2.60. For those who already paid, kindly ignore this post. Also find the list of food below:

  1. Cheese Cakes
  2. Pea Cakes
  3. Pizzas
  4. Chicken Nuggets
  5. Pizzas
  6. Sausage Rolls (Turkey)
  7. Chicken Nuggets
  8. Mini doughnuts

 

I would still suggest that children get a lunch with them for the first break as the food always comes during the second break. Thank you again for all your cooperation and patience 🙂

Jnr 3B – The Box Outing

Dear parents,

Kindly note that this coming Thursday 08th June 2017 the Jnr 3 have an outing to ‘The Box’ in Mosta. The Jnr 3B will be leaving school at 08.30am and will be back to resume lessons from the 5th lesson till the 7th lesson.

Children are to get the normal school bag with books, copybooks and any home works given. Also a small bag is needed for the outing with enough food and water.
